You'll notice that my books don't have two or three ingredient recipes in them. Why not?
Well ... I believe cooking a great meal should be a peaceful, relaxed and enjoyable activity, involving family and friends, or you just being at one with your ingredients.
Smell the aromas, feel the textures and appreciate their nutritional benefits. Imagine for a moment, a cup of freshly chopped onions gently frying in the pan, or those unique aromas coming from the mortar and pestle as you gently grind down your spices. Mmmm.
