I've been creating, cooking and testing recipes for the past 8 years. To date, I have written 11 books for you. Right now I'm hard at work creating, cooking and testing 14 more.
You'll notice that my books don't have two or three ingredient recipes in them. Why not?
Well, I believe cooking a great meal should be a peaceful, relaxed and enjoyable activity involving family and friends, or you just being at one with your ingredients. Smell the aromas, feel the textures and appreciate their nutritional benefits. Imagine for a moment, a cup of freshly chopped onions gently frying in the pan, or those unique aromas coming from the mortar and pestle as you gently grind down your spices. Mmmm.
