Leftover Chicken & Potato Soup


Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

Leftover chicken
Leftover potato
1 tin chicken soup
1 packet chicken soup powder
1-2 tins water
4-6 slices fresh herb bread
Salt & cracked pepper to taste


Method:

Break up your leftover chicken and potato into bite-sized pieces.
Add all the ingredients to a large saucepan.
Add 1 tin of water. (If the consistency is too thick, add more water.)
Bring to the boil.

Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir through.

Serve hot with a slice of fresh, or toasted, herb bread.
