My excitement starts when I create the recipes on paper.
Then I love to go shopping. (Not for shoes like normal girls - but for ingredients!) ...
Once done, I rush home to crack out the pots and pans and fire up the oven.
I wrote these books for Food lovers and Restaurateurs who want to impress their family, friends, guests and patrons with deliciously tasting meals.
It's easy to throw 3 or 4 ingredients together - and then call that a meal. That's not what my recipes are about.
I want you to create, to enjoy, to have fun and to be proud of what you present to your family, friends, guests and patrons.
Life is too short for high speed everything. Sometimes it feels right to just slow down, to go within and to be at peace with yourself.
Now is the time to relax, to enjoy your ingredients, to smell their aroma's and to taste their flavours - to mix, blend, combine, fry, cook and to bake them to your liking.
Although my recipes are complete in every respect, they are designed with room for you to add your own personal touch.
I trust you'll have as much fun cooking with you family, as I have had in creating and cooking with mine.
