8 beef sausages
2 small red onions - thinly sliced
250g (0.55lb.) (8.8oz.) cherry tomatoes - sliced
½ green capsicum - diced
4 big button mushrooms - sliced
1 tablespoon beef seasoning
¼ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Place all the prepared ingredients into a medium-sized, heavy base, frying pan.
Stir through.
Simmer over a low/medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through.
Continue simmering until most of the liquid has reduced and a thick relish sauce had formed.
Serve hot over freshly toasted herb bread.
Garnish with parsley.
